Mobile App for Event-Goers
Project Brief
The goal of this project is to create an Minimum Viable Prototype (MVP) for our clients that meets both the business and user needs. Based on our research, we identified several demographics and the potential problems to solve.
Why Create This App?
Our research with the demographic of existing patrons of the venue revealed different motives of visiting. Some visit to shop there for its daily amenities while others only go there for big events.
Some significant insights include the confusion between several venue names, difficulty in way-finding and making purchases for hot-selling tickets, which is currently done through their website. Our users suggest a more mobile solution that could meet their needs.

Challenges
We faced the challenge of creating an MVP in three weeks that relayed the vision that our clients had of an ideal event-going experience. There were many features that we discussed, but time constraint forced us to focus on three key features.
Learnings
We learned to conduct a co-creation session with our clients, which was extremely useful in aligning their ideas with our research findings. It was also fascinating to learn about their areas of expertise that helped to shape the solution.
